Project Description

Together with Shira Shvadron we shared the power of art therapy and mural painting with EcoMe near Jerico, Neve Shalom and Jisr Al Zarqa. Together with both Arab and Jewish youth we painted one of the largest murals in Israel on a bridge at the entrance of the poorest village in Israel. In Neve Shalom, a community and school for both Arabs and Jews we painted a mural and invited the parents of multiple ethnicities to paint their messages for the next generation in their mother tongue into the hair of a woman, dancing in the winds of change. Art served as a powerful intercultural dialogue for peace! Learn more here: Art Therapy in Israel Site
